一、基本信息
刘景月，管理学博士，现为湖南大学工商管理学院副教授、硕士生导师、湖南大学资源与环境管理研究中心研究员，湖湘青年英才，教育部首批哲学社会科学创新团队“碳定价机制与智能决策”团队核心成员。兼任中国能源金融联盟（CNEFN）副秘书长、湖南省系统工程与管理学会理事与副秘书长、中国"双法"研究会气候金融研究分会理事，主要从事碳减排和碳交易政策等能源环境政策管理领域的研究工作，目前已在Environmental Science & Technology、Energy Economics、Applied Energy、Environmental and Resource Economics、Australian Journal of Agricultural and Resource Economics、Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management等国际权威 SSCI/SCI期刊发表学术论文数篇。现已主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、“湖湘青年英才”支持计划项目1项、湖南省自然科学基金面上项目1项，并参与国家社科基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金专项项目多项，参与撰写的资政报告获得党和国家领导人重要批示。曾获湖南省优秀博士学位论文、国舜能源经济与管理博士学位论文优秀奖、湖南大学优秀教师新人奖、湖南大学优秀班主任、湖南大学新进老师入职培训微格演练一等奖、湖南大学本科毕业实习优秀指导教师等荣誉。
